The purpose of WIMT is to train and mentor women in different areas of ministry. We assist in helping women understand their personal ministry gifts and assist them in spiritual growth and development. Many women are called into the five-fold ministry, while others are called to operate in other gifts and ministries. We use the Wagner-Modified Houts Questionnaire to help women better understand their ministry areas. We conduct seminars and workshops for training. As women are trained for ministry service, they are better able to serve their local pastors, congregations, and communities.
